早速電話で取材のお願いをしたところ無事OKがでましたので密着させていただきました。
COCO KYOTOは「京都の食文化と健康」をテーマに地元の最高級の食材と世界中から最高のカカオ豆を集めて、砂糖不使用・グルテンフリー・食品添加物無添加の健康志向の理想のチョコレートを探求しています。
国際的なチョコレートコンクール「International Chocolate Awards」で2017年、2018年、2019年と3年連続で入賞しているという、ガチなクラフトチョコレートメーカーさんでした。
最後の梱包は女性店員の方にしていただいたのですが、シェフとの緊張感ある撮影とはまた違って、ふんわりとした雰囲気にとっても癒されましたので本編にも入れさせていただきました。
